SAWIC & BE Gauteng Chapter is a non-profit organization committed to accelerating the inclusion, participation, and leadership of women in the construction and built environment sectors. Founded in 1997, we are a force for transformation: opening doors to opportunity, training, procurement, and mentorship for women-owned enterprises across Gauteng.

We support our members by bridging the gap between potential and access, ensuring that women in the industry can contribute meaningfully to economic growth, industry innovation, and national development.

Provincial Executive Committee – specialists in Membership Development, Operations, Finance, R&D, and Stakeholder Engagement

Our membership base includes women-owned businesses across Johannesburg, Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, Sedibeng, and West Rand. We collaborate with industry mentors, government bodies, and private sector partners to amplify impact and drive transformation in the built environment sector.
